We had another tax squandering dumbocrat as mayor in 1984, didn't we?Koch appeared on both the Democratic and Republican Party lines for the 1981 election. He received 75% of the vote. His closest competitor was independent Frank Barbaro who ran to the left of Koch and received 13% of the vote. The Conservative Party candidate received 5% of the vote. |
