Ah but you are (deliberately) missing the point.

A) No one at the trump rallies took it seriously
B) No one was beat up so bad that their brain was bleeding
C) The police never refused to intervene in an attack.

That all happened in Portland and the police and government inaction is the basis for the suit. A similar suit is proceeding in San Jose as well but thanks for playing #liberal Whatisms
