I get your point but I don't think that it's the same and here's why.

First the examples that you've previously posted do not involve businesses refusing to serve LGBTQ customers. They involve businesses refusing to craft or provide a requested product or service. As an example the baker refused to make a cake celebrating a transgender sex reassignment. That's not quite the same as refusing to sell to someone. I'm sure that he sells all kinds of products to LGBTQ people (or used to) whether he knew it or not. I'm sure that he would sell cookies, cakes etc to anyone, it was the messaging that he opposed.

Here's a question for you. Should a halal restaurant be forced to sell non-halal food? Same for kosher places.
