Doing the unexpected is inherently dangerous and that would include not signaling. How dangerous speeding is depends on many factors like weather, road conditions, the condition of your car, and whether or not everyone else is driving at a similar speed. If everyone is driving 80 and you're driving 55, technically you're driving more dangerously. |
