I'm referring to Southern Europe to the extent that its the same latitude as New York and Chicago and has significantly nicer weather. Even Northern Europe has better weather compared to the Northeastern and Midwestern US and Central Canada. This is ignoring the fact that inhospitable Labrador is at the same latitude as hospitable England.The west coast is warmer than the east coast generally. This is how Vancouver is the warmest city in Canada despite actually being at a higher latitude than most of Central Canada and all of Nova Scotia. East Asia is also colder than Europe. That must be a pattern. |
