Most republics don't have such a bizarre maldistribution of votes. Those that do are usually undemocratic hell holes.You are really confused if you think having a parliament has anything to do with the way the legislators are elected or that having a parliament means no "Bill of Rights." The Constitution was a compromise. James Madison did NOT want an equal Senate. The malapportionment of the Senate has only gotten worse. It doesn't happen in "hicksville" because those areas are basically judenrein. |
