You might want to re-review your Supreme Court holdings. Or were you one of those who only studied on outlines and never read the cases.I agree with 3-9 however. I never liked this electorial college. I think it should be done on a county by county basis, with each county getting one vote. With the growth of suburbia and exurbia, there's no more disenfranchisement. Unless of course a police car is spotted 3 blocks from a polling place. Or they act like the public library and ask for ID! |
