You do realize, don't you, that post-viability abortions are incredibly rare and almost all involve some kind of major tragedy for which there is no easy answer?

For every post-viability abortion there are probably hundreds of cases of conditions like pre-eclampsia where the medical personnel are striving like crazy to save both mother and baby.
