How's that? A hospital, water system, and the like must be properly sized to accommodate the existing population. Should they add that evil question, many will not, for fear of being "found out", file their census. Which secludes them for one, and mandates more paid census takers to canvass neighborhoods in hopes of making contact. So it costs us all as well.

It's stupid, hateful and denigrates the validity of the census.
