Umm, I think its this, correct me if I'm wrong... the protection granted by a nation to someone who has left their native country as a political refugee.That said, In the Canadian example previously posted, why do you have to sneak over the border to get asylum but just walking up to the border asking for asylum you'll get turned away? |
