Do you think they could ever prove it beyond the Reasonable Doubt?

Yes. Two witnesses and written records.

But they aren't allowed to indict Trump, and the Senate won't convict him on those charges even with proof.

So it won't remove him from office. But it does demonstrate that he's a criminal. That's a valid point for the 2020 election.
