Lets see if the "high crimes & misdemeanors" convincing threshold is met.

It is. The obstruction of justice has been disgraceful. And the SDNY has evidence on him for 2 felonies.

Impeachment will not happen. Since Senate Republicans are fine with his obstruction of justice and falsification of business records, removal can't happen, and therefore impeachment is pointless.
