You see it in white farming communities in the US too. In strength sports, the Scandinavians, Bulgarians, and Russians beat the Mediterranean athletes most of the time. In the 1960's, women would have wanted Don Draper's semen because he's built and looks like what it takes to thrive in the upper middle-class elite environment. This is why people on the UES are thin. It's their parents, not some secret food at D'agostino's or Gristede's. |
