Boeing was trying to steal a march on this emerging single-aisle market with the extended 737 MAX, which Southwest scheduled (before the unfortunate software issues) non-stop to LAS and LAX from PHL.If an ETOPS-certified 737 can go to LAX non-stop from the East Coast, what will prevent them from flying the Atlantic once their software is fixed? |
