No. No. No.Nevertheless, it's criminal influence of an election if you pretend to be an unemployed black guy in Milwaukee who posts on Facebook that he doesn't see how Clinton is any better than Trump, so we may as well all stay at home. The people whose vote was influenced by the Russians were defrauded. Yes, when you are defrauded, it was your choice to be defrauded. But if the numbers were high enough, it's still the illegal change of election results. In NC, it's not clear that ballots were actually cast in direct contradiction to people's wishes, but the election was thrown out anyway. |
