Hmm.

Summary judgment means that the case was dismissed out of hand before evidence was heard. So how could the court have determined that the videos were not edited or deceptive?

Sounds more like the court was saying, we don't care what the videos showed, plaintiff doesn't have the right to bring this case under the law.
