When someone is having his air cut off, says he can't breathe, and subsequently dies, a pattern has emerged.If I did the exact same thing to someone that the video shows Pantaleo doing to Garner, I'd be charged with: Assault Criminal obstruction of breathing Manslaughter one Six cops, one unarmed person. It wasn't necessary to kill Garner in order to arrest him. If a cop choked you, would anyone be blaming your weight for your demise? You're pretty plump yourself. |
