Well more specifically should have done bf. After? Ethical not sure but it would sure make CPD look competent and the DA incompetent.I actually suspect the info they gave to the public is actually all they had. If that was the case then Jessie Smollet did have the wiggle room to say he didn't know who perpetrated the attack and just gave the info from his POV as a victim being attacked by two masked men. And that check was exactly what he said it was for (to be trained). |
