And MORE of a shame that in reality, it's the mid-level supervisory ranks in the NYPD License Division who ultimately decide who gets one and who doesn't. They cherry pick (IE TOLD) who gets one and who doesn't. If they used the same guidelines (as unconstitutional as they are) for EVERYONE the same, I wouldn't have an issue with it |
