Not without the full report becoming public. You forget that the justice department, for reasons unclear to pretty much everyone, has decided not the indict a sitting president. So if there is criminal activity on the part of the president, the justice department does not need to disclose it as this is established currently, regardless of Congress’ Constitutional mandate to impeach for criminal activity, or the interest of the American people in not having a criminal in the Oval Office.
