Speculation here: Pelosi & Co. knew that there was no "smoking gun", nothing there in the report worth dragging the country thru an impeachment. Thats why she publicly backed off any impeachment talk a few days ago. Not worth the risk of failure & making herself & fellow Dems look like fools.
