I'm all for past events being mentioned/considered/discussed if they're known/discovered regardless of when it took place. However, not so long ago we had more than one occasion of past events where some attempted to minimize the past events/allegations because they took place a long time ago. By the same token... Why would this be an issue two decades later.I should also say that I'm not at all minimizing DWI. We hear far too often of disasters/innocent lives lost due to DWI, and I'm totally for swift and severe penalties against DWI motorists. |
