JFTR, some elements of the press already tried to play up "Trump supporter" when the guy in question hates Trump's policies passionately, and is himself a leftist "eco-fascist" who hates capitalism. He spews some BS about "a symbol of renewed white identity and common purpose", just like Trump-hater (who pretended to be a supporter too) David Duke would spew.
