The programs bring in major $$$ for a small handful of schools. Most schools lose something between a little and a ton on their athletic programs -- but keep them in the hopes that they will someday become one of the small handful of schools that net a profit on the whole thing.Do you think the USC Water Polo team giving out scholarships is really a net positive for the school? |
