Gillibrand is ripe for the picking for the country to reject YET ANOTHER New Yorker. She has the baggage of that.

That doesn't make sense. The voters would reject another New Yorker by voting for a New Yorker? And in any event, Trump is full of the stereotypical "New Yorker" traits that you think turn off the voters, Gillibrand is not.

It's interesting that women suffer from "unlikability" but Trump, who is really a detestable human being, does not suffer from the same problem. Note: I actually agree with you on this, I just lament the state of affairs.
