They will screw it up and here’s why in my opinion: they’ll get somebody really good who could beat Trump and then they’ll find out he uttered some slur/drunkenly mocked some group and is now Satan. Or he’ll say something like “I don’t think that free education for all is such a great idea because a third of those people are probably going to flunk out and all the education in the world didn’t help them“. Or something like that.They’ll have somebody who could beat Trump but since he’s not perfect and doesn’t pass the acid test, 15 million people won’t vote for him/her. |
