Williams was caught going though speed and red light cameras 18 times in less than 3 years and he had the backing of NY State Senator Crappy "Kill Yourself" Parker who was busted for illegally giving his assigned parking placard to someone else (or using a different vehicle assigned) while obstructing a bike lane on the East of Manhattan.Wolf in sheep's clothing. |
