Today In The Jussie Smollett Saga

1) Feds are investigating mail fraud in a separate case where Jussie claimed to get a homophobic mail threat.

2) prosecutor, Kim Foxx has refused herself from the Smollett case. No reason has been given but the timing is highly suspect.
