Likely lots of fraud in absentee voting and it's extremely popular in California. It generally benefits republicans. But how do you fix it without disenfranchising voters, such as military or people away for other reasons?Easier to get rid of the fraud in local voting, but that benefits democrats. It's much easier to get rid of that without disenfranchisement, but he motivation to do something or not do something is partisan. |
