At least theoretically.And which no one can actually address. Would Amazon have been able to get most of the tax breaks if they only hired 10,000 people? Would the tax breaks be a good deal for NYC if they hired 25,000? They're now saying they will hire some of these people in Manhattan. LOL. How many fewer people will they actually hire in NYC? We'll never know. |
