So yes, people become more conservative with age, generally.2. In this case we should cater to the lowest common denominator. Voting should be as easy as possible. The only reason an eligible citizen shouldn’t vote is because he doesn’t want to vote. 3. Actually, the State Assembly proposed this years ago, but it died in the Senate. So the only connection to Trump is that he “helped” the Democrats take the State Senate in 2018. But regardless, what is the problem with getting the slackers to vote more other than the fact that they vote for people you don’t like? |
