Individual airlines are directly responsible for airliner safety & flightworthiness. If an airline allows thousands of passengers to travel millions of miles, on millions of $$$ worth of aircraft, millions of $$$ in liabilities not to mention the safety of their own employees, you can be sure that their planes are at the best possible condition that they could possibly be in regardless of the FAA. |
