I still feel that has the problem that many will see tax increases because currently below a certain amount effective tax rate is zero. Those who can't afford food, shelter, transportation before your flat tax will struggle even more now that they agree taxed. Also does salary include income from all sources like partnerships and trusts even if they are not a salary in the literal sense? |
