I had an interesting interaction with an Irish woman.She's in her 40's and very attractive and obsessed with looking better. She wants to grow her glutes. She has been doing barbell squats and deadlifts. If those two don't grow her glutes maybe sprinting will. But I told her that because she is Irish she probably won't get the apple bottom look she's looking for and that the Maureen Dowd or Kathy Griffin body type is representative of the genetic potential of Irish women. |
