Could he have been propped up to a sitting/standing position after he was cuffed? Sure. Have police and EMS heard the "I can't breathe" mantra over and over again? Yes. Was Eric a known menace and recidivist? Yes. That combination caused his swift death to that Great Cigarette Carton in the ground. |
