Not even a court per se but I'm means by the NYPD to punish or exonerate cops. They operate on preponderance of the evidence, not guilty or Innocent by Reasonable Doubt. Which means if the right phone calls get made, someone either hangs or they walk. Can you guess what's going to happen? |
