City of Chicago where she tried to take away the Constitutional rights of a large number of people.She was simply agreeing with many decades of precedent. Obviously you, and a majority of the Court, disagree with her, but that doesn't make her a bad justice. By your reckoning, every justice can be accused of being unqualified. |
