Being charged with sexual harassment is not the "cancer" that it once was. The random accusation need not be fatal to one's career. In some venues, some women actually use such false allegations to mitigate other legitimate disciplinary action. Unfortunately, in the days of "me too ism" the attitude of guilty until proven innocent has become so pervasive that the defense has become somewhat more difficult. |
