I would, but if she was attractive I’d might have to think twice. Qualifications don’t tell the whole story. I once worked with a black female attorney who was an excellent lawyer but she had a chip on her shoulder about race. Over time she began to accuse the supervising attorneys of racism because she wasn’t getting some the higher profile cases in the office (she wasn’t anywhere close to having seniority). She got worse and eventually complained to HR. They investigated and found her claims to be baseless. She quit without giving notice and at her next job told people that she had been working with racists and had to get out.

You never know what personal issues are lurking underneath the qualifications.
