No more one-on-one closed-door meetings with female co-workersAs I said in another post, I continue to have one-on-one meetings with women colleagues in my office, and often they close the door as they enter so that we don't disturb others nearby. If you are always courteous, women are not concerned. I agree I would not be the one to close the door, but I wouldn't have done that before #MeToo either. not even a handshake Ridiculous. |
