The Weather Channel is at again. They officially named this storm "Avery" about 11 (EST) this morning. They gave the list of names they will use in addition to the criteria (moisture content, potential area effected etc.) they use to resort to labeling a name to a storm. Seems they take naming winter storms about as serious as showcasing that fat rodent in Puxsutawney each February, which is pretty serious weather or not!.
