The facts, your attempts at obfuscation aside, are NOT in dispute here, and the incident itself occurred in front of numerous independent witnesses, who provided contemporaneous corroboration of the events that took place.

In this case, it's the cops who jumped to conclusions, your smear attempts in blindly defending them notwithstanding.
