Had the FBI been able to (the White House dictated the terms of the one week inquiry) actually investigate, I'm sure he would be found culpable of assault and more.This isn't a court of law, so guilt or innocence is NOT at issue. That makes him disqualified. ( IMO, the fact that the question came up makes him unqualified. ) It's my hope that in the near future this gets reopened and an actual throuough investigation is conducted. If charges of perjury are revealed as a result, he should be impeached and removed from the court. |
