It seems unlikely that an agency with such bipartisan support - that was created by a republican btw - would be ruled unconstitutional.It seemed unlikely that the Voting Rights Act of 1965, with such bipartisan support, would have been ruled unconstitutional. I'm not guaranteeing this will happen. I am expressing my worry. |
