Soybean. Canola. Palm. Corn. Grapeseed. They're called "Industrial seed oils" or ISO's. If you look at Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, or any fast food, ISO's are a major source of fat. But when things go wrong, we automatically blame animal fat and point out that these oils are "cholesterol free" and endorsed by the American Heart Association. Jayman picking a fight with Gary Taubes is a fight Jayman won't win even with his high IQ. |
