That's exactly the fear-mongering technique that I was referring to. Of course his logic turns to Cah-Cah when we look at Justice Roberts vote on Obamacare. I'd be more concerned with choices like sodamaker who seems to vote following her politics instead of the constitution but whom the left seems not to take issue with. |
