If a male teenager assaults a female teenager ( presuming both are under 18) it's still a crime. Two teens won't be prosecuted under pedophilia statues, but will be considered as adults being sexual activity is considered an adult act. It,s also why pregnant girls should be able to choices regarding same, as any adult woman can (sadly, for the moment). |
