Yeah, that's how it works. But every pay day I took as much as I could afford and put it into a tax defferred account. When my salary went up, so did my contributions. When the stock market goes up, so does the value of mymeager account.The fact is that you had the same opportunity as anyone else. If you did your homework you would have found that with a few calculations you could determine how much you could deposit each payday and not significantly reduce your take-home pay. That you didn't do that is not a function of race but laziness. You have only yourself to blame. BTW: 30 minutes in and the market is up by another .25% AKA. "KER-CHING." |
