When properly funded, in other words excrutiating tax burden. Not to mention all of the people dying because they can't see a physician in a timely manner. I know of people who died in Canada because they could not afford to travel to the United States for medical care and they could not have treatment in time in Canada because of the waiting list to see the doctor.
