At that age, you didn't. Your parents would ban you from any hope of socialization, your school days would become a social hell and you'd be labeled a pariah. When you're fifteen, eighteen is a long way off. Barring having the luck of a family move (which you have no control over) your life would be a living hell until you were able to leave for college.
